Little hotel with very friendly staff and a fantastic location. Location just next door to the night life of Osaka, shopping center, and Umeda Osaka train station. Also, next to the lane considered as red light area.

The breakfast here is pretty filling, offering a variety of Japanese dishes and great coffee. Plus, all the staff members are really friendly and helpful! 😊

Location is really convenient, next to Umeda station, lots of restaurants, and some night life around the corner. Good place to sleep for a decent price. But definitely not a place to hang out as the rooms are small.

The location is excellent. It's located a mere 10-15 minutes from Osaka jr station (time depends on what route you take). There are several shopping areas nearby, a large 24-hour entertainment center (pachinko, karaoke, bowling, and so on), plentiful convenience stores, a movie theater, excellent restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and efficient, and will keep your room key at the front desk for you when you go out. Good for someone like me who is prone to losing small items like keys.

The check-out is a bit early (11:00 am) and the check-in is a bit late (3:00 pm), which can make negotiating your travel schedule a bit more complicated. There is a breakfast buffet at the hotel, but you need to pay a separate fee to take advantage of it, which we didn't realize until we attempted to partake. Oops. I don't begrudge them that practice at all; I just wish it had been made clearer that we weren't eligible when I made our reservations.

The room is clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Local subways and the main osaka jr lines/CityBuses. Locker Baggage available at the main osaka station. Easy jr (Japan Railways) going on to Kyoto, Kobe and many places of interest - if you have diy itenary. Shopping very close to this hotel. Inside the Osaka jr station, you can find Daimaru, Hanyku, Hanshin - big departmental store. Great food at all the supermarkets (Bento set, Sushi, etc.) Small eateries stall inside the station, too.

Clean and spacious (compare to other Japanese hotels) rooms. Staff is very friendly. 5 - 10 mins. walk from Osaka/Umeda train station.

Staying here for a short stay was really really nice, totally recommendable. Fairly clean and good value hotel. - Its location was perfect, just next door to shops, restaurants, the giant red ferris wheel, and shopping outlets.

Size of the room made it impossible to have baggage open.
